First, you need to consider there are things happening that are not physical, at least they do not begin physical, they are spiritual. Second you need to consider that these events are not new. We need to see our community, our state, our nation and our lives with this truth. Satan is at work and wants to destroy our nation, our state, our community, our families and our lives. As we look at God’s Word, the Book of Truth, it is imperative that you hear God’s warning and consider your decisions. It is your soul that is in danger. It is your eternity that is at stake.

What is the Gospel? The word appears in Bible 73 times. The word means good news. What is the good news? As Paul talked about the gospel, he meant that God provided a way for us to be restored to a secure and certain relationship with Him. The gospel changed Paul’s life. Paul was religious, he was dedicated to the traditions of his Jewish fathers. He had gone to the top of religious educational training and then he met Jesus. All changed and the rest of his life was dedicated to proclaiming the gospel and teaching how the gospel changed his life.

Life is often full of unexpected events. Each day we go about our daily lives, doing the routine until it is not. A crisis comes and you have to decide what you will do. Will you help? Are you willing to be part of the solution? Are you willing to be inconvenienced and have your schedule rearranged to help others?It is important that you are ready so that when the unexpected comes you can help. Sometimes you will called upon as a counselor to help give guidance. Sometimes they will not listen and you will need to be there to help encourage after things did not go well. Some times you will need to lend a "helping hand." Sometimes you will have opportunity to explain who Jesus is and what He has done for you. You never know what will happen, but you need to be ready and available.
